I was 15 yards from the guy on the left for 20 min! I finally made the decision that I wasn’t gonna take him because the guy to the right was just 10 yards further over the lip out of sight. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait them out cuz If the guy on left stood up, I was gonna get busted and still not have a shot at the big guy, so I had to back out. I did that successfully and then got busted on the re approach. So cool being so close undetected. Would have been my first archery deer and lifetime best but I just couldn’t knowing the guy on right was right there! Even though my first arch deer hunt, I am looking for something that really gets my heart pumping. I had another chance at him later but he had picked up some does and I got busted by a stupid antelope blowing at me 😂
Working on some new ideas I’ve needed to create. Metallized Spring Bear in it’s natural dangerous habitat The Rocks . Can’t wait to do more of these .
I’ve been non stop working with little time in the woods. Here soon I’ll finally be able to get after some elk and deer. Hope everyone is have a great season thus far.
